We’ll ask you questions throughout your Healm journey and then use your responses to show you the most relevant information for your situation. This information will be based on what we’ve learned from other employers. And if you want to see everything on the platform, we also provide opportunities for you to navigate freely.
Support From Local, State, and National Guides
Healm registration unlocks a team of support for your organization. Once we gather a bit more information about your organization, you’ll have the option of being matched with a Guide Team. The Guide Team has expertise in the National DPP lifestyle change program, benefits administration, and local resources. You can choose to work closely with your team throughout the process or just reach out for support only when you need it.
Knowledge and Resources When You Need Them
We believe that diabetes prevention efforts can have the most effect when programs are offered as a covered benefit in the workplace. Healm will help you see this effect for yourself. For your organization, you may want to do something as simple as promoting a benefit that’s already offered by your employee health plan. Or you may want to go further—becoming a CDC-recognized organization and offering the National DPP lifestyle change program yourself.
Whatever path you choose, we’ll help you set goals that align with your organization’s priorities and identify metrics that help you evaluate and improve your program over time.
